Well crafted and well written poem about life hustle and how weary we might be our journey of life. And the comfort therein for us to search for. Good poem @artwatch

Thank you, appreciate the feedback.

_'Pained by life itself on this cold ground
Aimless in a quest that never comes to an end'

You very right @artwatch.... Life troubles will never end and worrying too much won't solve anything.... It's like a great man onces said : "if it can be solved, then why worry... And if it can't be solved, then there's no need to worry"
It's better we take life easy.... Where I come from, they'll say take am jeje

Is a beautiful photograph taken by you? I really liked your poem I think I need to be in a place like this sometimes it's hard to keep a positive mind or not just think about problems, I really liked your poem gives me animosity @artwatch

Yep snapped this path on my walk the other day. Spring is in full force here.

This speaks to me in times of melancholy! When i read it, It felt like God's voice speaking and reassuring me that IT WILL ALL BE OKAY!

Glad it might help, cheers.

I Hope the weary wanderer will be happy again

Me too, me too.

very inspired to me because of all the traits that you utuk not missed one if I am my nomad will stop by your place

Haha just out of the blue like that? It could be a trap lol.

Oh! Write a story about a tavern that snares the unwary and disreputable. Maybe as a way to punish tired war criminals on the way home from a brutal campaign.

Too George RR Martin?

Hmm, what if there was an infiltration of fay creatures into the homeland of an invading force? A reverse-invasion going on at the same time. Taking over the hotels and hospitals and watering holes with some kind of subtle magic, so the growing "victorious" empire would collapse from within?

I dunno. Half a glass of wine on Friday night and I'm plotting fantasy epics on your comment page.

My goodness things got interesting while I was away. XP

I am happy to inspire fantasies.

Just beautiful, I can't wait till spring comes here, only two more months😢

Yeah - From the sounds of things, it is a frozen wasteland place where my soul would go to freeze over. Too cold, nay, not for me - Yep give me the fridged ocean breezes and 4 month rainy season any day. Ha ha I am a northern girl no longer! BC coast for life! or a tropical place for life. Where ever I retire it's gonna be hot. Just visit the family in the winter to get my white christmas.

Oh don't worry, in two months here it will be 30-40 degrees, we don't do spring well.

Woman's impulse to ever-loving kindness. Where would we be, as a species, without it?

This reminds me of my favorite song from Joanna Newsom (which just may be my favorite song of all time):

I wanted to say: Why the long face
Sparrow, perch and play songs of long face
Burro, buck and bray songs of long face!
Sing, I will swallow your sadness, and eat your cold clay
Just to lift your long face;
And though it may be madness, I will take to the grave
Your precious longface
And though our bones they may break, and our souls separate —
Why the long face?
And though our bodies recoil from the grip of the soil —
Why the long face?

This was a beautiful song. I have been thinking about buying a harp lately or a lyre (Haven't decided which I like the idea more of) and I think this would be an interesting song to try to capture the sound of.

They are words I needed, you write very beautiful I think that even though we are overwhelmed we should take things calmly and breathe besides going to a beautiful place to breathe fresh air like the one in your photo
