I cannot put myself in your shoes, I cannot share your pain and anger, apart from those you send to me by your writing. Never stop - and never call yourself a poet (many will disagree with me) but, I believe that being a poet is what others name you. It will mean much more to you when they do.

Tell others that you love poetry and you are doing all you can to become a poet. They'll then, if they like your poems, tell you that you are a poet. lol, I nearly wrote that they will tell you that you are a poem - and I realised, after I stopped myself, that all true poets are poems.
