My Favorite Four-Line Poem in Tang Dynasty

Tang Dynasty is the peak of poetry in China and quite a lot of talented poet emerged in this period. I like Li Bai best, but my favorite four-line poetry of Tang Dynasty was written by Wang Zhihuan, who has just 6 poems left nowadays. All his poems are gorgeous with full of talent. I like The poem of Liang Zhou, which describes grand scenes in the fortress to express the homesickness of the soldiers at that time. Every single word is full of emotion and it is the best four-line poem in my heart.

唐代是中国古诗的巅峰，无数有才华的诗人涌现，灿若星河。我最喜欢的诗人是诗仙李白，但是绝句里我最喜欢王之涣。王之涣一生只有六首诗流传下来，但是每首都是经典。我最喜欢的就是这首《凉州词》：

黄河远上白云间，一片孤城万仞山。羌笛何须怨杨柳，春风不度玉门关。
恢弘壮阔，却又情深悠远。字字雄浑，字字风致绝尘。
