Calm your mind...
I have more poetry and art for you...
Here we have poetic entry #86.
Have you ever tried to calm your mind and find the stillness
in the center of yourself?
If you are in need of guidance, maybe this will
spring up some inspiration.

Looking In or Locking Out
Steal away a moment for self-reflection,
looking deep and beyond the complex chatter.
You'll know when you find what's sought
but only after you cease locking out each trickling
thought.
Everything that finds its' way into this dark space
is welcome at face welcome, if only for a moment.
Nevermore, never less than a brief visit before parting
will lead you to where the stillness of self is
starting.
This is the stage upon which your soul dances
and sings resonant hymns of forgotten familiarity.
Clarity stems from the seed of self-realization,
teaching you we are not our thoughts, not their
causation.
Should you find yourself dreading the recognition,
allow the visitors some brevity under the looking-glass.
This zen-like space may be tiny but contains everything.
A great filter for that which doesn't emanate from a soul's
wellspring.
The psyche feels unnervingly vulnerable here,
even at the thought of the three masks being removed.
However, looking in can excavate your true source
and allow you to shed your false self, no tears or
remorse.
Namaste! (at home).
