Rotating doors spooling invisible waves.
Linking today and tomorrow.
How do you know what is here and now?
When it all looks the same.
Tomorrow is another day.
But what of the now, when each moment slips from us.
So transient are the scenes of man.
The cycles are so normalized.
What of the road traveled?
What of the dance to this moment?
The cracks in the facade start to show.
When footsteps fade in the sand and snow.
Will you be remembered after the marks made are gone.
Will that legacy be wrote, firm and strong.
Penning a story through the ages.
Or will you just fade, into an unknowable.
Enigma.
