I think lots of the Steemians here are probably fed up with the posturing happening in entrepreneurship today.

Everything seems to need to take on a violent or criminal connotation. Particularly with the word "hustle."

Call me old-fashioned or boring, I'm tired of it.

Underneath the entrepreneur who claims their "hustling," I think there's just another scared human searching for meaning in the world.

I share more in the latest episode of Love Your Work.

Sort:

Someone who is hustling although may sound gangster to people is someone who just has a goal and are trying to achieve it with all their efforts

I dont take hustle as anything negative

for me its someone who wants something, so theyre going to do what they want or need to in order to achieve it

@kadavy how do you feel about Gary vaynerchuck? I'll also check out the podcast today! :)

Haha, man, don't ask. Was just listening to him the other day... I'll just say that he does indeed have some good advice sometimes.

good post...

I sort of agree with you on here. Saying you are hustling is much different from actually doing it. Most people use the word, but it's actually just self talk. Most people I know who hustle and grind it out don't need to tell you.

Great post keep up the great work

I followed and upvoted you

Have a good day

Yeah,... Rightly said,... We lack calmness and contentment in today's world,..... And #kadavay do not say yourself old-fashioned,... coz THOUGHTS never get old,....

everything get's old eventually. expressions, us, infrastruture, i've learned to just adapt and developed a better BS firewall to life ;)
