We have a power and few of us use it.

Kind regards and a million blessings to all readers. This time I want to talk to you about a topic that we very rarely see in social groups, the smile, the words and the gratitude this is a topic that I want to give you my opinion and my criticism about these arias that have always been paramount in my show. Days to days.

The first thing someone sees of you when they approach is your smile. She is like the light of a lit pilot. If it is activated, whether you want to broadcast it or not, the message it gives about you is: I am friendly, receptive, I am interested in you, I want to meet you, I am not dangerous. I am someone you are interested in knowing.

If it is off, even when it is a completely false representation, even unfair, of who you are, almost without your permission, it will say about you: I am cold, distant, I do not like trusts, I do not want anything from you and do not expect much. from my. Remember that he will give that message about you whether you want it or not.

It is possible to reverse that negative initial impression with successive conversations, but you will already be one step further from achieving it. And vice versa. Smiling not only predisposes others towards you, but also predisposes you towards others. The mere gesture of smiling triggers a series of reactions in others and especially in you that are the trigger for a positive environment
If you manage to smile even when inside you are down, you will be activating a drag that will take you out of that state in a matter of minutes.

Words are the rudder of the mind. They are the second drag of mental programming. Speak positively and you will see positive. Speaking positive, even when you feel negative inside, means throwing the rock as a drag to start the chain that will make you look positive and feel positive.

And finally the third drag. This is my favorite drag because its benefits are transformative. Thankfulness.

Starting today, every night before bed, write down three things you are grateful for. You have to be creative and specific, and go beyond giving thanks for family or health. The magic is not in the three things you write, but in what happens in your mind in the 24 hours before writing it,

during the period in which you activate your radar to search for them. The exercise of looking for them will reinforce you to find positive things in each hour of the day, minimize the negative ones. The positive effect that something so simple will have on your mind will seem implausible.

I hope this article is of benefit to all of you and of blessings. I want you to get the most out of this article and take out the good and discard the bad.

BLESSINGS TO ALL.....
