Hello steemit friend !! this time my post about mushrooms. Mushrooms can be easily encountered in everyday life. There are several fungi that can be consumed and some are harmful to consume. So, make no mistake in choosing mushrooms.
Below is one type of mushroom that can be consumed.
Straw mushroom. This fungus is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical climates, such as countries in Southeast Asia and some European countries.
Mushroom can easily be found in the market and sold in a fresh state. This mushroom has a lemur texture and sweet taste so much preferred.
Many of the benefits of consuming this fungus, including low cholesterol, beneficial for diabetics, both for diet and increased body immune power.
Mushrooms are rich in health benefits, but do not apply to all types of mushrooms, there are also types of mushrooms contain substances that are toxic and can cause fatal effects for health.
