This is an Antonov AN-2, this plane has a paticulary explaind in the flight manual:

In the pilot manual an interesting note can be read: "If the engine stops in instrument flight (blind flight where no ground can be seen) or during night flight, the pilot must fully pull the joystick aft and maintain the level of wings, the slats will deploy at the speed of 64 km / h (40 mph), and when the aircraft reduces its speed to 40 km / h (25 mph) it will descend at a speed similar to that of a descent in parachute until it hits the ground. "
