Zacznę od 14 dnia, bo jak wspomniałem w pierwszym wpisie od samego początku marca lecę tym treningiem.
Dzisiaj był zestaw
1#
- Przysiady 5x10
- Martwy ciąg 4x8
- Wyciskanie leżąc 4x12
- Wyciskanie żołnierskie 4x10
- Pompki na poręczach 3xMAX
- Podciąganie podchwytem 3x10 (angażując biceps)
- Plank 3 serie do 1.5 minuty.
Wszystko zgodnie z planem, do tego interwały 20minut.
