Ingredients
For the mass
1 Kg of flour (or prepared flour for pizza)
1 taquito of baker's yeast
1 l water
Salt to taste)

Step by step elaboration of the dough
In a bowl we dissolve the yeast with some water, so that mixing it with the flour does not cost us so much to mix the ingredients. In case of using flour prepared to make pizza, we exclude the yeast from the recipe, since these flours already include this ingredient.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, adding the water little by little to the flour until we obtain a homogeneous mass. We will know that it is ready when it is easily removed from the walls of the container.
Let the dough rest in the bowl covered with a clean kitchen cloth at least half an hour.
It's time to get your hands dirty. The dough that we left in the bowl will have grown due to the yeast, it may even double its size. So depending on the size of pizza we want to make (keep in mind that in the oven will grow a little), we make balls with the dough and then stretch them.
We will extend the mass on a smooth surface. Carefully, from the center of the ball of the dough, we stretch out little by little, we can help ourselves from a rolling pin. If we master the handling of the dough we can try to pass it from one hand to another with slight turns, but this is for the expert pizzeros.
Once it has the desired size, we retouch the edges turning the dough a little inside, so that the shape is perfectly round. Doing this later we will get those slightly more inflated bodes in the pizza. We have ready the dough, now we just need to decide the type of pizza we are going to prepare.
For pizza
3 tomatoes
200g of mozzarella cheese
bacon
pepperoni
Ham
mushrooms
corn
Elaboration step by step
Turn on the oven at 180º C.
Grease a baking tray with oil and stretch the pizza dough.
Mix in a bowl 3-5 tablespoons of olive oil together with the peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves. Reservation.
Spread the tomato sauce fried on the pizza with the help of a spoon without reaching the edges and place over slices of mozzarella.
Sprinkle with oregano to taste and ground black pepper and bring to the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove and distribute the cheese well before placing the tomatoes cut into thin slices previously washed.
Put some basil leaves on the Margarita pizza and pour the oil and garlic mixture in teaspoons.
It takes to the oven again during 3 minutes and when retiring cuts in 8 portions. Let cool about 5 minutes and serve.
Accompany this delicious pizza with some fruity wine that in itself has a low acidity so that it does not mix with the acidity of the fried tomato sauce.
