Pizza Penta Recipe:
This is a delicious pizza, as well as this healthy vegetarian pizza cannot be eaten without eating. In addition to roasted vegetables such as mushrooms, artichokes and spinach, tomato sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese are added. It is a quick pizza, you can easily prepare it at home with simple ingredients.

Pizza penta ingredients
100 gms millet flour
100 grams sago flour
100 grams Soya Milk
5 grams garlic powder
5 grams baking powder
Salt to taste
75 grams tomato sauce
35 grams mozzarella cheese
10 grams Spinach
10 grams Mushroom
10 grams of artichokes
5 grams Baijal
20 ml (ml) Baijal

How to make pizza pizza

  1. Prepare pizza dough by mixing flour, sago flour, garlic powder, soy milk, baking powder, water and salt.
  2. Once the dough is ready, leave it for 20 minutes and then make small balls and roll it out and prepare a thin layer for pizza.
  3. Cut the sides and make the pizza circular.
  4. Bake the pizza lightly in oven for 2 minutes.
