Honestly, this might be one of the coolest products I've ever worked on. I'm a huge Miyazaki fan, and Totoro is one of my favs. 72pins is a small company that makes custom NES carts based off of modern day pop culture IPs. They asked if I'd be interested in doing a Totoro cart design, and I said of course!

So here's some product shots, hope you enjoy! Sadly the carts are currently sold out, and I'm not sure if they will be creating any more, but here's the link if you're interested in any of their other carts: http://72pins.storenvy.com/collections/145939-tv-film/products/794225-my-neighbor-totoro

Whoa! So what's on the cartridge exactly? Or is it all about the label? I've got so many friends that would love this.

They sent me a couple when they made them, and I just recently purchased a Retron HD so I was able to check 'em out. One was a copy of Faxanadu and the other was some bowling game.

Ahh it's so cute! Now if only that was an actual game XD

It's awesome! As someone that grew up with an NES...I approve :)

Hey dude! When you use Pyxel Edit... do you draw everything in literally 1 pixel pencil size... or do you do it in a 9 pixel pencil size?

So much to learn....
