Luxury weekend in Sweden, follow up post

Hello my fellow HIVEsters. I hope that you are all doing great, enjoying life with friends and family. even though the world is not always a perfect place, and the weather is not always nice..

A week ago, I posted some pictures from last weekend, and I promised to do a follow up post whenever I had the time to do so...

After a long day with fantastic food and drinks, and hours enjoying the spa facilities, we went back to our room, and spend the night there. The room was pretty small, but actually pretty cozy, with atmospheric pictures on the wall, and a well-assorted minibar, with snacks and drinks..

We woke up pretty early, and got ready to visit the spa facilities again, there is nothing better than a dip in an icecold bath in the morning, of course followed up by a visit to the sauna and some hot baths..

After the spa, we went down to the dining area to get some breakfast. At this point, a lot of people had gotten out of their beds, to go and get breakfast, so the area was actually pretty crowded, but the facilities were up for it, and we pretty quicklyfound a table to sit down and have some breakfast. We were lucky to find a table with a seaview.

As you can see in the picture above my breakfast consisted of some bread buns, with some and and some cheese on it. I also got some mushrooms. scrambled eggs, bacon, some spicy eggs (quite delicious actually) and some egg Benedict. All of the ingredients were very well prepared, and it tasted very nice. I'm lying if I tell you that I only went to the buffet once....I actually visited it a couple of times:-)

After finishing breakfast, we went to check out, and started our journey back home. We stopped on the way in the city of Malmø, to visit an IKEA...If you are in Sweden, you have to go to IKEA....To be honest, there is an IKEA not far from where we live, but because of the different currencies, everything is cheeper when you buy them in Sweden... So, we did a little shopping, and after that, we went home....What a great weekend!
