Regular movement of body is called physical exercise.It's most important for us.We can't enjoy a happy life without taking a physical exercise.It is good for health and mind.There are many kinds of physical exercise.Such as walking.swimming,riding etc.The games of cricket,football,hockey etc are also good from of physical exercise.
