It was a busy day for me today. I'm tired.
From my previous posts, I find out that you like my photos. I prepared some random stuff.
Besides that, let's be honest here. We all want some upvotes and rewards. Nothing wrong with that. That is one of many reasons we are here. Each one has his own priorities. Don't judge people. Enjoy!
This is a typical barn which you can see all around Alberta. I'm not sure if it's mandatory but they are always in red color with white painted doors and windows. Or maybe red paint is the cheapest to buy.
When this beast is coming toward you on a gravel road it looks like a mirage. You can actually feel the vibrations under your hands holding the steering wheel and then the whole car start shaking. The first time that happened to me I was thinking that something is wrong with my engine. It's big, and next one too.

We use to live close to his barn a few years ago. He's real thoroughbred stallion. Maybe I'll show you his mares and foals next time.

You know him. It was just changing its color from white to brown. It was spring time.

Just a magic sunset and that's it for today, my fiends.
I hope you like them.
He's searching for spring tail steemcat who escaped from block chain. Isn't he ugly as a sin?
Great photos, especially the 2 colored rabbit.
Love seeing all the posts and photos celebrating life in rural Canada!
Ps You made me curios about the red barns so I looked it up.
Ever wonder why old barns are usually red in color? Red is (or, perhaps, was) a popular color for barns due not to its color shade but for its usefulness.
Many years ago, choices for paints, sealers and other building materials did not exist. Farmers had to be resourceful in finding or making a paint that would protect and seal the wood on their barns. Hundreds of years ago, many farmers would seal their barns with linseed oil, which is an orange-colored oil derived from the seeds of the flax plant. To this oil, they would add a variety of things, most often milk and lime, but also ferrous oxide, or rust. Rust was plentiful on farms and because it killed fungi and mosses that might grow on barns, and it was very effective as a sealant. It turned the mixture red in color.
When paint became more available, many people chose red paint for their barns in honor of tradition.

Wow. Thanks. I learned something new on steemit today. Like every day.
Very nice shots sir, looks so cool and attractive, the dog looks little angry.
Thanks. He didn't like my camera.
The barn and animals, heck even the tractor seem like everything is so peaceful here the way you did your post. Looks wonderful
It is peaceful here. It's a lot of space here and people and animals are not in the way one to another. Thanks.
That helps not rattle anyone's feathers. :)
@oldtimer
Yes, right. Your photo will make us familiar with Alberta. Dusk, sunset eyes are always beautiful, except winter and rain, he is not there.
Winters could be tough here. Thanks for a comment.
You do not want to face the wrath of my bunghole!!
Omg pugs are my favorite! All I can see is cuteness!
I was just joking. All animals are beautiful in a way.
Hehe pugs especially! Haha my spirit animal is the pug 🤣
@karensuestudios is part pug for sure. Especially when I swoosh her face. She is always worried that I am going to give her wriggles. I am just trying to bring out the pug in her ;P
She knows how much I love pugs so it means well hahah
really stunning @oldtimer
i really enjoy the photo, thanks for sharing
Thank you.
There is something about a red barn. Most of the buildings in our PA farm area are red as well.
That is a beast of a tractor! Those things are fun to drive, but you definitely have to be aware of your surroundings. :)
Well said. Thanks.
Wow great shots. Was it that warm that day when the tractor was driving. Howly damn
That's probably because air is very dry here and you can see this even in the winter time. It was spring on that photo, maybe around 20degrees Celsius.
Oo cool effect then :D
all photos are really fantastic sir speacilly horse shot is wonderfull and that very big machin is ecxiting for me whats type thats heavey viechle machin oldtimer sir whats that work...and really i know u no post yesterday sir
ur all shots are wonder full sir ur work is good with some animals photos and that tracter are fantastic
The lack of people in the photos creates a very special atmosphere. It makes it all seem very peaceful and isolated. It is such situations which makes me want to contemplate about life.
Fortunately we have our ugly dog as a comic relief. We need him ;)
@ronni
Nice comment. Thanks.

Ugly as a sin, that is hilarious ! I think the block chain cat and this dog make a good match !
It's a common phrase in my country. Thanks.
I think I will adopt it to the Swedish language as well !
Your sunset is magnificent!
Is that your pup? He looks like he has something to say! I love the red barn, you are right red seems to be the trend.
