What gorgeous pictures. I was lucky enough to visit this amazing city at Christmas time, year 2000. Everywhere you turn is an interesting sight of great old architecture, steeples, castles, and beautiful scenery. But, the people were the biggest surprise. I have grown up in the "heartland" and felt so at home with and akin to the people we (myself and two daughters)
encountered. This is bringing up so many memories, I may have to write a longer piece relating some of them. Thank you so much!
