Thank you my friend and yes, we have most of the nut trees in this area. Macadamia, almond, pecan, pistachio and many others.
The nice thing that I am doing with the macadamias is that I am drying them, cleaning them and then roasting them. A heavenly taste, as I am sure that you know!
