Speaking of the weekend, can you guys believe that it’s already so far into April?

I know right? Time flies so fast, the year ends before you know it!

My problem comes in when it’s time to actually refer to a list.

Get a small notepad that you could carry wherever you go. It will help you keep on track when you're on the go.

Also, when you write To do list, try keeping it as detailed as possible and also write down the date and time (deadline) by which you have to complete the task.

Mentioning deadlines and checking the list time and again puts a bit of pressure on you to complete the task. If you complete it before the deadline, reward yourself. Else, keep some kinda punishment like doing some thing that you don't like (but its actually good for you) or stuff like that.
