Young specialists from the Lightyear start-up decided to create an energetically autonomous electric vehicle capable of independently accumulating enough electricity for movement.
To do this, they plan to cover the body of the car with solar panels, the amount of which should be enough to produce electricity with a margin.
While the developers have not submitted any technical specifications, but have already published a beautiful promo, giving a vague idea of how the future machine will (if any) look like.
Before deciding to take an important step and attempt to enter the market, the founders of the startup studied at the same university, where they also took part in the creation of an electric car. One of their projects was called Stella Vie. He just went on electricity, collected with the help of batteries. But the prototype was as simple as possible and was intended more for demonstrating the possibilities than for safe and comfortable driving, so the developers face a rather difficult task: even the giants of the automotive industry are not thinking of a full-fledged self-loading electric car.
The developers of the concept argue that they will not have problems with the implementation of the idea, because everything has been calculated long ago, so they calmly continue to prepare documentation and search for investors.
