Day 39 - Vaping | 蒸汽烟
I'm a smoker. I won't say I'm a heavy smoker, but I have been feeling smoking has affected my health to the point where I can clearly notice it. So I decided to try vaping in order to quit smoking. It's my first day, and I like it so far.
我抽烟。我不会说自己是重度烟民，但是抽烟对我自己健康的影响已经到了平时可以注意到的地步。所以我决定尝试蒸汽烟，也就是常说的电子烟，来帮助自己戒烟。今天是第一天，感觉挺不错的。

keep up the good work stick with it ive been vaping 2 years my breathing is better and i dont wake up with i tight chest and blocked throat you will feel the effects in a few weeks
