In October of 2016 I spent the month in Nepal and made the 8 day trek to Everest Base Camp independently, along the way I made new friends and met loads of wonderful and interesting locals. This photo was taken by a new friend at the top of Kala Patthar, a mountain which has a 5500m peak facing Mount Everest.

Man, I'm jealous of you. Being a Nepali I haven't got a chance to go around Everest yet. Or I am afraid because I had some high altitude problems while in a bit lower Part of Himalayas.I haven't gone above 5000m yet. Thanks for sharing this :)
