This young boy from Mississippi, armed with some Halloween make up, red balloons and a camera convinced his little 3-year-old brother to help him terrify adults everywhere...

The older boy dressed his baby brother in a clown costume that he made, painted the little boy's face and said,


"Hold these balloons while I take your picture."
