Today i woke up early cause i didn't sleep well, and since i would need to start cutting season soon considering that summer is not so far, i took this opportunity to go out and do some empty stomach cardio!
It is painful to wake up before the sunrise, but when you go out you can realize that all stress goes away and you feel immediately better!
Enjoy the weather, enjoy the sunrise, move yourself and enjoy some cardio!
