Every year, when winter passes, and spring arrives, the ice in the river breaks up and gathers by the shore... Witnessing this beauty of nature year by year I knew I wanted to do a photo session with this yearly occurrence. The idea of a white tutu came to mind one day, and at that moment I had a collage of an idea of how the shoot would be portrayed. It was still incredibly cold, and so I did this shoot in two parts. Part one by the river, and the second part I had fun in my studio displaying different aspects in modeling in a tutu with a different twist, using pearls! This is another one of my most favorite shoots I've put together and modeled. The beautiful landscape, the white tutu, the simpleness of the window light cascading in the studio was simply magic!
