What are those rocks in the second picture? They look artificial. Remains of a building/structure/old pier or something?

Sort:

I was surprised too. These stones are natural. But similar to crumbling concrete slab

How do you know they are natural? Maybe they are 2000y old remains :) Concrete is known for a very long time.

So say local. And a lot of them on this coast. But no one can be mistaken. So do I. Perhaps here lies some mystery. 8-)

Cool. Yet when did the locals arrive? :D
I'm a sucker for everything mysterious. Recently watched a bunch of "newearth" videos on youtube and got fascinated by the possibility that we might be living in a whole different world ass we are being thought.
Be sure to check out that channel, it's interesting stuff :D

You are not far from the truth. The history of this place is not well known. It is believed that at the bottom of the lake is a monastery where the relics of the Apostle Matthew. Recently, scientists have found a monastery. Let's see what we have to learn in the future.
