Hi @stabe, what I do to increase followers, is to go to new posts that interests me and comment and up-vote people who I am not following and who is also not following me. This means we should have the same interest, thus increasing my followers. I also always try to comment back and up-vote comments on my posts. Hope you increase your followers - be patient, they will come.
