This is literally my afternoon vista each day. It changes throughout the year but is always the general view at the end of each day. Not every day is just like this, most are prettier.
This is on the other side of our continent, It was only discovered by Europeans relatively recently but is a wonderland to explore.
The beehives at the Bungles. It is like being on another planet really, the whole place is just out of this world.
Places that have been explored well over 60, 000 years ago by people just like us, but that have to be experienced to be believed. Photo's and word's just can't express actually being there, nor the journey to get there either.
Ever been to a place that just makes you feel so insignificant in the scheme of things ? This is one of those places.
Ent's anyone ? This tree was actually used as an overnight prison at one time in our past. Adansonia gregorii
The tree itself is well over five hundred years old, used as a source of Food , Medicine, shelter and in recent history this particular one was used to hold prisoners overnight.
Closer to home are the secret camping and fishing spot's we can get to in under half a day from home, where the only people you ever see are either like minded people or travelers who are completely lost, in either case most are quite rare. But the fish , Oysters and Mudcrab's never are. 15 Km of Beach and Quad bikes make for a fun environment, along with a lot of home brewed Vodka, no people, and time out from the rat race.
And if you liked the front yard, check out the back yard, a little too cold for swimming right now seeing as it is only around 24-26 deg C through the day but pretty non the less huh ? The pools are open all day though and there is never any people there :)
Hope you like my slice of this planet.
Cheers SC :)

This looks like an amazing place @southerncross! I'd be a bit worried about crocs on that beach though.
