Why so hooked? The iPhone way of photography is pure. You can capture moments before they pass and it connects you with the world. “No monstrous Canon or Nikon in between, just me and the other”. I ‘own’ the Amsterdam streets with my iPhone for nearly 8 years now. I’ve started with the iPhone 3 (little fuzzy it was) and now I am using the iPhone 8 Plus. Amsterdam is hiding stories for me, like a miraculous book. I simply reveal the pages with my lense. iPhone photography is totally Zen, I don’t need a shrink and it keeps me alive.
My iPhone is my income since three months now. I focus on portraits and conceptual art. My book, the first iPhone book of the Netherlands, has just been published. Last month I made the cover of a new dutch magazine.
I love to inspire and motivate people through my storytelling workshops. Everyone is an artist! But it takes a lot of effort and focus to endure the creative process.
My photo’s have been exposed in New York, Berlin, Rotterdam and Copenhagen.
