Road Trip
Part of our business is traveling. That means Adventure and driving. A lot of driving. We heard about this book sale in Lubbock, Texas and we packed up some clothes, our gear, and my camera. I had never been to Lubbock so I wasn't sure what kind of scenery to expect, but there's always something you can photograph. At 4 AM we took off. We stopped to check out a few places on the way. I was able to snap a few good shots.
Episode #2 Second Roll
For this second roll of film, I was still experimenting and and trying to be aware of the settings I was using. At this time I hadn't gotten my first roll developed yet so I have no idea if I'm doing anything right. More experiments...
This is a bad one. Well actually more of a test. I was messing with the aperture switch and exposure settings.
Same shot but I had set everything normally. I'm still getting my shots blurred up.
I got this one when we got back on the road and the sun was a little higher in the sky. I took a few others like this but this one came out the least blurry.
This one is a good one. We stopped in Odessa and this was outside the library there.
I really liked the color of this plant so I got a close up of it to see how well the color would come through.
Until then, let me know what you think or share some of your photo experiments with me, @sleepy.vanilla!
Nice shots, what camera you using?
Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm using a Diana Mini. It's a great little camera :)
