My roses flourished during the Lockdown

in #photography5 years ago (edited)

Hello all, How are you doing tonight? Surely fine...

My pink rose has blossomed, with no pests to attack, because it is always well guarded that it must be like that if you want your favorite plants to flourish and be healthy. It must always be watered at least once a day so that it grows well and is as healthy as other plants.

I have raised this rose plant since one year ago, but in 2019 it was not as healthy as it is now because the temperature was very hot at that time, added by locusts or insects that always targeted the growth of the flower.

Since the implementation of the #lockdown period that has been applied by each government in force in their respective regions, it turns out there are extraordinary benefits, I spend my time at home by caring for my favorite all plants, such as,

  • Rose plant
  • Taro plants
  • Aloe vera plant
  • Local cactus plants
  • and some of my favorite ornamental plants.

One of the inhibition of the blossoming of an ornamental plant is caused by small pests that always attack and damage every new leaf that grows so that the impact is very influential on the growth of the plant itself.

Among the many pests that dominate the rose plant is the caterpillar, when it is lodged in the plant, it is very difficult to get rid of it because of its presence.

In the experience that I have done in anticipating attacks by caterpillars or other small insects, then you should always monitor their presence, recognize the signs of their presence when they are in small numbers.

In general, if a caterpillar or other small insects succeed in making your plant a host, it will be very difficult to deal with. So when you see signs of plants being attacked by pests, do the spraying using pesticides so that the destructive pests will move to another location, sometimes these pests will also die.

Or you can also do it by taking conventional steps or by cutting the leaves that have been damaged or other parts of the plant that are considered to inhibit the growth of your plants.

Thus this brief exposure or simple tips, my ornamental plants will thrive and be healthy as you can see in this post. That's the story today during #stayhome that we live now. Thank you very much.
