Those of you familiar with Southern Vancouver Island vegetation will have come across these iconic trees in your travels. They are one of the most recognizable living things on the island.
Typically one of the most photographed trees in the region and is often pictured in artists drawings and paintings.
This particular tree lives new Sooke BC and is wonderfully covered in Old Mans Beard moss.
