Everyday (not rainy) day I go on a walk as part of my after-class-routine. In Herrsching you got two great options to stroll around, first the Ammersee -a lake with a nice promenade and second the woods. Two weeks ago I decided to wander through the woods. As always I had my camera with me. I was looking for good composition....some trees, the path, a small pond, but I couldn't find any. This is my biggest deficit in landscape photography - I don't have the eye for good composition. So instead I took some pictures of mushrooms, that were everywhere in that forest. In the end I got 4 shots I really like.
And the moral of the story is: If you can't find the picture you had in your head, keep your eyes open and a picture will find you.
