# Good morning Steemit!
How do you enjoy passing the time? I love walking whenever I get the chance. Yesterday there was time between the rain showersfor a short walk through the jungle. So here are some more photos of my river walk yesterday. We had a long 18 hours of internet outage yesterday followed by electric cut too - possibly due to a general strike that had been threatened in Costa Rica this week. Thankfully things are back to normal today. I uploaded the first few yesterday using 3g but had more to share so thought I would make a fresh post this morning with some more of them. I hope you enjoy the lushness!
Some of the steepest part of this route have had steps built years ago ( by the owners of the house I rent ) which make it safer but as many of you will know extremely steep steps are quite hard work in themselves so it always feels like a good short workout to go up and down to the river here.

They are lovely aren’t they - glad my post brought out the poet in you - by the way you should get the actifit fitness trainer app doing all your walks that you do and get paid in Steem tokens for every step you notch up - and get upvotes when you post your daily total to steemit 😍even more incentive ... have you joined up yet?
I downloaded actifit but I'm not sure if I want to use it or not.. I've tried it once and it somehow doesn't count my step. I may be doing something wrong! Do I somehow have to activate it?
No it should work straight away as soon as I opened it up it was already counting my steps as I walked around the room

Hahaha, that was the problem!! I downloaded it and expected it to work automatically. Then when I opened it in the evening there was no activity.
I tried to open it and walk and it works!! :)

Wow that is pretty neat picture. U always have a good eye. I struggle to think of what to take pictures of haha. Then to post and they dont get any votes sucks haha.

Wow - How wonderfully verdant - great to see those beautiful mushrooms too - possible Scarlet elf cups... or Orange peel fungus. And your dog looks very happy by the river - beautiful photography!
