Nice photo shots you have got here @rok-sivante. I discovered kids and pets like cats and dogs have a way of enjoying each others company. Kids tend to be very comfortable around such pets and likewise this pets.
Like you, I am not a huge fan of just kids (in spite of having and having raised three!) in photography... perhaps because people tend to overdo the "cute factor" to the Nth degree.
Kids and their pets? That's different-- you can get some really awesome spontaneous moments there... like we see in quite a few of these shots. Particularly love the first one and the next-to last; perhaps because we have always had kids-and-cats in the house.

I've never been a huge fan of dogs, but put them together with kids and yes, you have quite a heartwarming collection. Although I must say I think my favorite is the one with the frog. Is she hoping for a prince?

I am a dog person and really love puppies the most!

Touching, naughty, wise, playful and many other words that can be said about cats and cats. They come to our house and become family members. They say that the cat is absolutely independent and does not care about its owners. But this is perfect nonsense and a phenomenal lie. The cat knows perfectly well who lives with her in the house. And she certainly loves her owners. Of course, not as people do, but loves, misses, rejoices when you come into the house. She does it completely in her own way, but we understand this.
