Becks
Beer: Becks Pils, is the beer of the night owls, as you can get in every "Späti" (German for open-late stores) in Germany, literally everywhere throughout the country. The beer is brewed in the North Germany, and therefore traditionally herb, by the brewery of the Beck GmbH & Co. KG in Bremen. The brewery belongs to Anheuser-Busch InBev., who is the number 2 on the German beermarket with a sold volumen of nine million hectoliters each year.
Bier: Becks Pils, ist das Bier der Nachteulen, da es in jedem Späti erhältlich ist, buchstäblich überall in Deutschland. Das Bier stammt aus dem Norden des Landes, und ist daher traditionell herb, aus der Brauerei der Beck GmbH & Co. KG in Bremen. Hinter der die Anheuser-Busch InBev. steht, die Nummer 2 auf dem deutschen Biermarkt gemessen am jährlichen Absatz von neun Millionen Hektolitern.
Prominent campaign: Sail Away
Becks managed to gain attention worldwide through their unique marketing campaign. The green Becks ship sailed the oceans wordwide and also through many tv ads of Becks, along with the Song "Sail away" sung by Hans Hartz, later by Joe Cocker.

Becks schaffte es, durch eine einzigartige Marketingkampagne weltweit Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten. Das grüne Becksschiff segelte auf den Ozeanen der Welt und durch viele Werbespots von Becks, begleitet vom Song "Sail away" gesungen von Hans Hartz, später von Joe Cocker.

However, one day the firm decided to sell their becks sailboat "The Alexander von Humboldt" one day. It was offered on Ebay classifieds for 750.000 Euro. A hot deal ;)
Doch eines Tages entschied sich das Unternehmen das Becks Segelschiff "Die Alexander von Humboldt" zu verkaufen. Es wurde auf Ebay Kleinanzeigen für 750.000 Euro angeboten. Ein Schnäppchen ;)
