Everyone is always busy making a living but how about a time to relax and cast all your stress. Nuvali in Sta. Rosa Laguna Philippines offer it's finest unwinding spot. The famous Nuvali Fish pond offer a relaxing get away as you watch the energetic koi fish. It's my first time to see so many koi fish at one time. It started as a mix of small and adult carps until they flourished so well in the lake. Nuvali is a must stopover whenever you are going to Sta. rosa and Tagaytay area.
Nuvali offer different activities like biking, sightseeing and bird watching, picnics, outdoor movie, food tripping and fish feeding. It's has wonderful scenery that will encourage you to do outdoors activities. Since I'm not a sporty kind of person, I enjoy watching the Koi fish as they swim and swarn towards the food. Yes, you can feed them. There's a store selling koi fish food for only P25.00 ( $ 0.50). The fish really went crazy fighting over the feed. You will hear the noise of splashes of water generated from the koi.
Nuvali only allows you to feed the fish food brought from them. This activities will allow you to appreciate nature and living creatures even more. Koi fish meaning is good fortune and luck for Japanese people. Today the fish are considered to be symbolic of advancement materially and spiritually. Japanese has lot of legend regarding this Koi fish. Well, just by looking at them in there yellow and orange color,. In my opinion, they believe that it gives fortune because their color is similar to gold or money .
I also want to have a Koi fish at home. I want to take care of fish and buy an aquarium. They say that it relieve you from stress. Watching them swim will relax your mood, somehow a sweet escape from a busy day. Perhaps it still a dream for me. Busy days is a must for a mother like me. You need to work hard for your child. Sometime is a bit tiring but they said being a mother don't have day off and resignation is not allowed because it is a lifetime responsibility. I'm glad I had a chance to visit this awesome place not just to enjoy or relax but to have quality time with my family.
While my husband and son enjoying the moment with the Koi fish, I start realizing that koi fish and other creature in this world is somehow related to each other. Fish is struggling to live as well as human. However struggling doesn't mean your weak, it's only show how brave you are. Like my favorite line in the movie " Nemo"- just keep swimming! Well in real life, you just have to keep fighting for every struggle that coming your way. Don't lose hope and even if it seems to be the hardest battle you just have to keep praying and believing that life is wonderful. Just fight and always be strong.
