What's your favorite food for breakfast?
Mine is fried rice, dried anchovy and scrambled egg plus a cup of black coffee.
Most Filipinos I know of do not eat heavy breakfast. They oftentimes eat "pandesal" plus a cup of black or creamy coffee.

We eat heavy breakfast at home so it is really hard to control eating and gain a flat tummy.hehe
