Oh no I'm sorry to hear about your aunt, I completely agree with you that watching or experiencing another family member go through pain seems much worse than if it was you, I think it's probably the feeling of being helpless (for me anyway).

Tacos, we love tacos in our household and I've always wanted to make an alternative to our chilli con carne one so this one looks like a real winner !! I also agree with you that it is so hard to make hard-shell tacos look good...evident in my recent taco post but you're so good at making food look good!! Love the idea of stacking the tacos, gives it great height which made a real difference I think.
