I took some photos of one of my favorite bands performing. You may recognize this band already because I've posted a couple other Strange Relations shows before (1, 2). It was a cold night but a good show to see and I'm glad I brought the camera.

I enjoyed the song Ceremonies that started playing once I visited their page. While looking for more good songs about them, I discovered this, what a glorious band. Pfunk you have a good taste in music!

Also, that shot third up from the bottom is my favorite place to stand to get a good shot of the personality of the crowd combined with the energy of what's happening on stage. I have a lot of photos at a local venue here in Springfield, MO from almost that exact angle. Love these. Thank you for sharing!

Yes, you do! Your work with light and captured personality of the stage make me happy. I must warn you, I do seem to somehow perpetually look like I'm straining to poop my pants while I sing, so that's a photo challenge in itself. LMAO
Also, doesn't the 6th picture in this post look like the Ballroom???
The Ballroom is the venue to which I was totally referring in my initial comment. :) I really think it's that angle. That's literally my favorite Ballroom angle, and maybe my favorite angle to capture shows happening on a stage.
But yes, totally thought that, too!

I just looked up the song on YouTube and found the video that I never saw before. It was shot in the place but they probably imported the crowd from somewhere else :P

I saw one of my old photos of Fascistbook come up today as a memory from my album of drying, grinding and dusting out all my hot peppers I was telling you about, I think of you more now when I am in touch with my scoville units which like you --- is daily.

I got some awesome habanero sauce (basically habaneros and a little bit of vinegar) from a friend's family and the stuff is potent as hell. I put little dabs of it in a curry and mixed some in with a salsa this week :)
