Have you ever been rudely interrupted?

Here we have a skit of epic proportions!
The lady Hadeda Ibis had a wash and now she is using her blow-dryer, as she is preparing for a date! She is seated on the high tree in the back garden of the complex where we stay! Surrounded by birdsong it's a peaceful scene that is soon to be shattered!
Let me explain in pictures!

Suddenly the scene is disrupted by a strange sound of whooshing wings that are drawing closer very quickly!

For safety's sake she decides to scramble!

Oh Look! Here is the cause of her quick and desperate departure! It's a Black Headed Heron!

He ruffles his feathers after a long flight and he uses the perch of the high tree as a lookout for prey!

Proudly he struts his stuff on the high tree as he surveys the area!

Ah! He saw something! Is it a frog, a mouse, or a mole?

Like a flash he departs, so fast that I could only get this one shot!

And so it is also in our lives'! People will be rude, at times not meaning to, but invariably for reasons that we do not understand! We are left hurt and angry, but many times they are so intent on their own purposes that they do not even know that they are rude!
The Hadeda took the correct option to rather leave, as some of us have the habit of creating much hurt all around when we retaliate in a case of rudeness with serious consequences.

Yes, there are instances when the rudeness are deliberate and we have every reason to retaliate in an educational manner, but then there are times when the rudeness are not intentional. Why pick a fight, especially if it's against a stronger opponent? Rather leave and save your sanity and your peace!

There are those of us, mostly very unhappy people, that go around wanting and waiting to pick a fight! Many are real bullies and nothing that you or I can say will stop them in their quest! These are the very ones that we should pray for, as invariably a time will come when their evil ways boomerang and then they are the sufferers!
Walk away from arguments and perceived insults in order to safeguard yourself and your inner peace and know that the cause is damaged.

It is the inner that we display to all others in life and if the inner is good, then surely our life should also be good! The world has many deviations and lures to trap us into the dark, but the light is stronger and the force behind us no evil can conquer! But as usual of course, it's a matter of choice!
The value of inner peace is such that it has to be constantly guarded!
Think about it!
