CRYSTAL DOME PHOTO SHOOT

Two caves in one trip!

When we went to Mystic Caverns with @vcelier & @naru-celier, we had the opportunity to check out two separate caves. I posted my photo shoot of Mystic Cavern yesterday, so now I'll share with you some of the better photos that I took at Crystal Dome.

Crystal Dome is another incredible cave located right next to the Mystic Cavern. I plan on doing a full post about our time at the caves, but wanted to share some photos of each cave first, so stay tuned for a full post about our adventure there. Also, you may want to keep an eye on @vcelier and @naru-celier, as they may have some stories that they will be sharing soon.

Some of the caverns I have been to don't allow photography. BUMMER!
Did they allow it or did you just sneak the camera?

Awesome

Mysterious and majestic places are caves, I love going myself, you took some beautiful shots, I like it! For part of my childhood I grow up in Hastings (England) and used to frequent the caves there quite a bit with friends getting up to no good! XD

Btw, my very first comment on here, just having a look around but so far, interesting!

These photos look sooo awesome !

It was an amazing place to be!

Really breathtaking pics @papa-pepper! These photos make me wanna explore the caves in Mauritius now! I'll take courage and go for it soon!

wow. such a amazing place.. this shows our planet is a great creation.. thank you

An amazing creation indeed!

Great @ papa-pepper. Displaying cristal photos from a very beautiful cave. Thank you for sharing this extraordinary post @ papa-pepper

I had fun taking them, and really enjoyed being with some other steemians from out of the country on the journey.

It must have been great. I am one day I can join the streets with @ papa-pepper. Hopefully there's a chance .. Success continues for you papa :-)

Wow what an amazing place visiting sights like this to me always show the power of nature and the insignificance of man

There is certainly a power much greater than us. Despite how big and powerful we claim to be, we are truly tiny.

Yes and we need more people to come to that realization

Nature really is just awesome. 37 years on this planet and I still get huge surprises from nature.

I am blown away by so many things in creation. We were just watching Cicadas hatch this morning. 36 years in, and still in awe.

Lol I had to go look Cicadas up! We have always called these locusts. God created a masterpiece! Just today I also learned about rainbow trees, so amazing!

Its really a very beautiful set of caves you guys went and visited........caves are so adventurous!!!

They were very cool! (Literally)

We had a blast there.

I remember when i was small my dad took me to some caves in South Africa(Cango caves). And i really enjoyed it so much i am going to make a plan to take my kids.(really soon).after i seen your post...enjoy your day!

So many beautiful caves in this great nation worth exploring. I have visited a lot of them but have not had the chance to visit Arkansas. My last cave exploration was the Wind Caves in South Dakota which was phenomenol. I hope you and the family enjoyed this trip as much as I have enjoyed your pictures of them. Keep on steemin on!

Peace,
The Last Sage

I hope to make it around to many more. There are a lot in this area, plus many in other states. We will see.

Looks Terrible nice sharing @papa-pepper

very cool....looks just like the Florida Caverns in Marianna. I bet it was nice and cool down there

Very nice and cool down there!

Nice pics and great place to take a visitor!

Those seem neat. Looks like there is more space than the one up here that the group went in. Plus having light in there. I guess that that has it's advantages but you also miss out on the glow of rocks.

I liked the "wild" one that we went in best. We should head back. It was nice to see the whole place lit up though.

Is there walkways? Are you able to explore the caverns?

Yes, you stay on walkways and it is guided. Look at it, but that is about it. Way different than the one that we were in.

Still very neat.

Absolutely love the photos. But where are the bats? Usually @papa-pepper has lots of adventures with wild life....

No bats in here. They actually have locked doors at the entrance, so they control who gets in... and out.

Mind blowing.

This is so magical

WOWZA!!! Really great photos of some of mother nature's amazing sculptures. I haven't been in a cave in a loooooong time. I almost forgot what I'm missing! Oh man, I think the last cave I was in was a long narrow passage to a room with a TALL waterfall at the end. This was in the Ozark hills in Arkansas somewhere. Have you heard of it or been? I'll have to ask my Mom if she remembers the name of the place. It's worth checking out, for sure!

I'll have to look into which cave that was.

My Mom remembered that the name of the park was Lost Valley. We don't remember the name of the cave, but it's in the Lost Valley park. Worth checking out, for sure!!!!!!

Deja que lo diga en español: Maravilloso!

Great photographs i wonder how they look pure beauty.

nice and follow me

Very interesting and I bet it was so cool there.

Nice pictures. I once visited a similar looking cave. Fascinating nature spectacle. J

Amazing place dear @papa-pepper
Nice all pictures

wow, the beauty of mother nature..great shots indeed

Impressive.

Woa- the kinda place you cold spend ages in and still not see everything 😍

No kidding. These were both pretty huge too!

I bet the echo was immense! Hope you used it to give yourself compliments! (that's what I'd do) lol

How otherworldly the cave looks! Thanks for the post!

Very good photos, look like a wonder world Thank you for sharing..

this is really amazing, keep up the good work

Thank you, I will!

Those are awesome rock formations, great shots!

Yeah, they ROCK!

Hehe literally, cheers!

Love the pictures. It would be a great place to see in person.

It was.

Did you ever go to the Cave of the Mounds in Wisconsin?

@papa-pepper I've been here! It was like 9 years ago, but that place was amazing!

Wow! How cool is that?

Nice papa-pepper. Thanks for sharing.

God's creation never ceases to amaze me!

Nice exploration!! I dont know if i'd ever visit one myself though.

Mystic caverns is awesome - the only reason I could go in there without having a panic attack is cause they made it into an underground city for all intents and purposes - I wanted to make it into an apartment - just needed internet.

nice photography

Beautiful photos, beautiful place! Here in Bulgaria there's is a cave called Ledenika, the temperature there is really low. A beautiful natural place that they use for concerts and etc.

It really is a beautiful cave. I like adventure in the cave, because it's amazing

Looks so beautiful, in my country, we have a famous cave, call Gadime Kosovo. You can search if you want. they are cool, it's nice to spend a day visiting a cave. Show more caves if you have a plan to visit, I want to see.
