The photos I take are made into a video without audio on Adobe Premiere. Once I am satisfied with the video I upload it to YouTube. Using YouTube's Creator Studio to edit the video, I click on the Audio tab to find royalty free audio clips from YouTube.
There are hundreds of music selections to choose from. When I find the right music I click "add to video" and YouTube adds it to the uploaded video. That is how I use YouTube's music library to avoid copyright strikes.
