After a couple of winter days, we switched back to fall here in Edmonton.
It's still cold but snow has disappeared and we want to absorb some warm colors before the white color covers the city.
I took a short walk by the nearby streets to see the changes after being abroad for two months.
The summer is definitely gone and Halloween is close. Some people already start putting their stuff in a place.
I spotted these three cute little ghosts in the window of a store.
Red and yellow are universal and typical fall colors.
Well, dark purple is not so common but this perfect scene I took right at my doorstep.

Nice little free library in our neighborhood.
I'm not sure how many people uses it tho.
Some people take Halloween too seriously and tend to exaggerate a bit.
Decorative cabbage in the front yard.
The berries are waiting to feed the birds during the long winter.

@oldtimer, Ohhh Halloween season coming soon and I completely forget it. If we see first ghosts inside midnight our heart noises go higher. Environment so curious. But this time you caught different kinds of clicks. It's highly appreciate effort.

In my country, Halloween is not celebrated either, but little by little they have given publicity to this topic that I think is very American.
