Yesterday I was roaming around Dopdopia Bridge (Barisal District of Bangladesh) Area and suddenly I found these boys playing cricket.
This photo reminded me of those days when my only contemplation was cricket. I used to wait for the afternoon to come so that I could play with my childhood friends Barisal. I still can remember those Fridays when BTV's (Bangladesh Television) weekend movie was a part and parcel of every middle-class family. Though it was obligatory for me to watch those movies, I somehow managed to escape and joined with my friends at the playground. Escaping from the home in a bid to play cricket was kind of a thrilling job for me. I used to appear every time with my bat leaning on my shoulder and with a rising smile on my face as if I had conquered something colossal.
These boys look very lucky as they are still enjoying the most beautiful part of life. I wish I could go back to my childhoods
