My shot at Maternity Photography

My attempt at shooting an unplanned photoshoot for my friends

Went to visit closed friends on my vacation to Dominican Republic and they convinced me to do this photoshoot even though I did not have my photo equipment with me.
A little back story about my photography history, I love photography and have been shooting since I was 13 years old so it has become my main hobby and only reason I never took it as a profession is because I hate shooting traditional or formal photoshoots, meaning I love to see someone else do it but not me.
We can say there is a lot of money shooting weddings and family oriented photography but it's just not my thing and I find it boring for me to do yet I encourage others to do it.
In this situation my friends and I had a few drinks and I said why not so we took his Nikon and his standard lens and rented a nice inexpensive villa with a nice patio near his house.

Photos shot with:

iPhone 8 Plus & Nikon D3300

This last photo came out to exposed and I wished I had something to cover or soften the sunlight coming in.
I also wished I had the right lens and other accessories but Overall we liked the outcome.
