Love blue and white and monochrome photography! The blue and white adds just an extra element of darkness and mood. You can see that in these scenes below. First at a crossing just capturing a random passer-by and the next a street scene of someone waiting for the bus. While the last I happened to look up in the sky and saw the details in this bush with the tiny leaves. Adding the monochrome is just sharp and provides a mood to photography.
