In order to commemorate the glory of the Samudra Pase Kingdom, the government of North Aceh Regency built a museum called the Islamic Museum Samudra Pase, located in Gampong Beuringen, Samudera Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. The museum was built to be appreciated as an effort to preserve the History of Islamic Culture in the Land of Aceh in particular .
The museum is built in the center of the trail of the Islamic Empire Ocean Pase. The kingdom that once triumphed with the glory of Islam and the fame of Muslim scientists. In the kingdom of the Ocean Pase Islamic syiar pulse growing rapidly and gave birth to great scholars, scholars, writers, Muslim scientists were studded like a pearl in the king's palace.
It is hoped that this museum will be established in order to collect the books of scholars, literary books such as saga, history books, historical objects, archaeological evidence, and manuscripts related to the Kingdom of Ocean Pase.
This is a movement to replicate Aceh's glory with scientific literature. On the royal trail has also been built Ocean Pase Monument located not far from the museum. Of course, the wise step should be greeted with joy by the people of Aceh and the archipelago.
