First Macros of the Year So Far

So the sun is finally out in the UK, and there are signs of insects appearing again which can mean only one thing... the macro lens comes out again. Got a few shots this morning which are pretty sweet, especially this first one of a fly eating.... another fly.... while perched on a dead leaf. Noice!!

This is quite an interesting little fells, sat on a maple leaf. Quite like the colours of the leaf and how they offset the black of the subject.

And a flower, just to make things a bit more joyful here :)
