The cult of St. Benedict of Palermo, a liturgy of fervor, faith and devotion, where the parishioners of a small town in the south of Lake Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela, called Bobures venerate the "Holy Black."
To the sound of the Chimbangueles, a popular theatrical musician expression with which it is offered, is organized by a multitudinous population of the town. The devotees go out into the street to dance and sprinkle rum on the patron in gratitude for the favors granted. This celebration begins on 27 and 28 December and ends on 6 January of each year.

Al son de los chimbangueles, una expresión músico teatral popular con que se ofrenda, es organizada por una multitudinaria población del pueblo. Los devotos salen a la calle a bailar y rosear de ron al patrono en agradecimiento por los favores concedidos. Esta celebración inicia el 27 y 28 de diciembre y finalizan el 6 de enero de cada año.
